Kimberly is a consummate professional. From the beginning of the selling process to the post-closing, end of the process she is spot on and anticipating what needs to be done next. Her experience was invaluable in getting our house sold. At the beginning of the process it is getting familiar with the house and the client, doing market research, and walking you through the process. Then creating a marketing plan tailored to your unique needs or houses attributes. Assistance in staging and decluttering the house as you prepare to list and market the house. Kimberley' experience shows throughout the process but none is more important than in the marketing of your home (in my opinion) and this is where she shines. Attention to little details t hgv at make you and your house stand out and either become noticed or become memorable. These are the things that get you a buyer. After negotiating a contract is the next step that Kimberly's experience is a difference maker. Almost all closing processes have some issues in them. Kimberly was able to work "behind the scenes" to keep the process on track. Her ability to keep control of the process was comforting. In the end, the only measure of success is a successful closing and our sole passed with flying colors in a challenging selling market. I would highly recommend Kimberly for all of your real estate transaction needs.
